Option I
"In rooms with an activated telephone line (category A & B) you have analogue internet access - with your own modem. To use the internet you should register with the provider www.bluewin.ch . (This is the internet provider belonging to our contracted telephone company Swisscom)
(Website in German, French & Italian only)
Choose  "Bluewin Dial-up Light" and note that when registering you do not have a so called  "Swisscom Fixnet-Anschluss" (our phone lines are part of the internal hospital network)"-->from http://www.hostel-uhbs.ch/en/liegenschaften/faq.html

Option II-->use aircard then buy sim card and internet hour (Sunrise, Swisscom)\
Option III-->use wireless lan at Starbuck coffee (for free)
